THIS AGREEMENT DISCUSSES YOUR RIGHTS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

referred to as 'SNS', 'our', or 'we'), publishers of Supernova Stocks
is an investment newsletter publishing company. It is also understood
that Users of the site (hereinafter referred to as 'Users', 'Subscribers',
or 'you') operated by SNS are interested in, and seeking information
relating to publicly traded securities in the U.S. and elsewhere.
By visiting SNS's web site(s), Users agree to the
Terms & Conditions outlined within our Terms of Use Agreement,
Privacy Policy and Email Policy. It is the Users responsibility

Subscription Services
Certain articles of content provided by SNS require
a paid subscription in order for users to have access to this information.
This includes but is not limited to the SNS Newsletter. Users who
register for paid subscription services provided by SNS agree to
a) provide truthful and accurate information regarding their identity
requested in user registration forms, b) on an ongoing basis update
user information in order to keep it accurate at all times.

Payment and Subscription Renewal
The current subscription rates are listed by SNS
in the subscription area of the web site. Individual subscription
information, including renewal dates and fees, is listed in the
account management section of the SNS web site, and provides users
with a complete understanding as to when they have been billed in
the past, and then they will be billed in the future.
Subscriptions will automatically renew at the end
of the initial subscription period, and users will be billed for
the future billing period at the time of renewal, unless otherwise
specified at the registration form. Users agree to pay all fees
and charges in connection with subscription to a paid SNS service,
including any applicable taxes. Users understand that subscription
rates and fees are subject to change, and that notice of such a
change will be posted on the SNS web site. A user's failure to cancel
a subscription could result in that user being billed according
to the new billing plan once it goes into affect.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Paid subscriptions can be terminated by the user
either through the account management section of the SNS web site,
by e-mailing customerservice@bizfn.com, or calling toll free 866-447-8625.
Users are advised to receive written confirmation in the event of
a dispute arising from a cancellation. Our regular business hours
are 9am - 6pm, Monday through Friday.
Cancellation will take effect within ten business
days of the date of cancellation request. In the event that a subscriber
cancels a subscription prior to the end of their current billing
period AND requests a refund, the subscriber will be refunded the
portion for the balance of their subscription period on a pro-rated
basis, rounded up to the current month. Subscribers agree not to
dispute refunds with SNS or their personal credit card companies
or banks.
Ownership of Materials
Except as otherwise indicated, this website and
its entire contents (collectively, the 'Materials'), including,
but not limited to, the text, information, material, software and
graphics contained on this website, are owned by SNS, and its affiliates.
The Materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual
property laws and treaties. SNS makes no proprietary claim to any
third party names, trademarks or service marks appearing on this
website. Any third party names, trademarks, and service marks are
the properties of their respective owners. Except as provided in
the next sentence, the Materials may not be copied, reproduced,
modified, published, uploaded, downloaded, posted, transmitted,
or distributed in any way, without SNS's prior written permission.

following discloses our information gathering and dissemination

Information SNS gathers and tracks
SNS gathers many pieces of information for use in fulfilling user
requests. This information includes, but is not limited to name,
email address, phone number, postal address, billing address, IP
address, time and date login information, and credit card information
for users who elect to pay for subscriptions using a credit card.
This information is used to fulfill requests and allows our staff
to better serve Users.
The information that SNS collects is kept confidential unless otherwise
specified. SNS does sell advertising to companies interested in
targeting our users.
Registration Pages & Advertising
SNS collects User information at the time of registration through
a SNS web site. This information is collected by SNS and stored
on our secure web server. Information including credit card information
is held strictly confidential by SNS.
SNS often offers selected offers from our partners as part of the
registration process for certain sites, services, and products.
These offers are designed to assist Users by providing them with
valuable information, products, and services from partners who we
believe will complement a Users interests. SNS in no way endorses
the products or services of these advertisers. When a User selects
to receive one of our partner's offers, they are agreeing to receive
information from that advertiser. As part of this advertising program,
SNS will provide the advertiser with the required information required
to fulfill the Users request. This includes, but is not limited
to name, postal address, email address, and phone number. Under
no circumstance will SNS provide an advertiser with any credit card
information from our Users.
Marketing Messages From Third Party Sponsors
SNS offers both a free and a paid subscription e-mail newsletter.
Subscription requires Users to provide us with an e-mail address
and other information including name, postal address, and phone
number. Users may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters
at any time by following the instructions contained at the end of
every newsletter. Paid subscription newsletters require a membership
cancellation request, by canceling through the My Account area of
our web site, an e-mail notification, a written request, or a phone
call. We operate in compliance with CAN-SPAM legislation, and maintain
a "Do Not Mail" list of e-mail addresses which will not
receive future correspondence from SNS. Instructions for adding
an e-mail address to this "Do Not Mail" list are specified
within e-mail correspondence from SNS (with the exception of paid
subscription newsletter issues).
E-mail addresses provided to SNS are kept on a secure server. SNS
does not share e-mail address with other firms. SNS does however
make available both e-mail and postal information to selected advertisers.
E-mail advertisers who wish to advertise to SNS's members are required
to comply with CAN-SPAM legislation, and provide Users with an easy
process of removing from future offers, as well as provide a "Do
Not Mail" option for members who do not wish to receive any
further communication from a specific advertiser. Users agree to
receive offers directly from SNS as well as sponsorship messages
from our partners. Users can elect to discontinue receiving third
party advertisements from SNS, while continuing to receive free
newsletter content. SNS will never sell email addresses, postal
information or otherwise transfer to third parties the email addresses
of our subscribers. SNS will directly send third party advertisements
to Users.
SNS does maintain a postal mailing list that is made available
to approved advertisers who are offering financial-related products
to our subscribers. Users agree to receive correspondence by way
of postal mail from select advertisers.
SNS does not control the practices of our advertisers. If you have
questions about how one of our advertisers uses information about
you when you click their ad and go to their content, please contact
them directly.
Delete/deactivate policy
Users may unsubscribe to any of our electronic newsletters at any
time by following the instructions contained at the end of every
newsletter, or through our web site. This includes being permanently
removed from our list of active subscribers, as well as being placed
on a "Do Not Mail" list to ensure that you do not receive
further communications from SNS.
Email Policy
We understand the serious concerns regarding email advertising.
As a result, we created a separate Email Policy to demonstrate our
firm commitment to the privacy of our Users and desire to send email
communication only to those Users who wish to receive communications
from SNS.

We sell subscriptions to our paid subscription newsletters through

Email Advertisements

Third Party Email Advertising
We occasionally advertise via email with qualified third party
companies that are managing their email database(s) of subscribers
in accordance with CAN-SPAM legislation and best industry practices.
When we advertise by email through a third party or through an agency,
we do so in accordance with the following:
1. The advertisement is sent only to users who have agreed to receive
ADVERTISEMENT or SPECIAL OFFER emails from the list owner.
2. The advertisement is sent FROM the company owning the email
list
3. The advertisement is clearly marked as an ADVERTISEMENT or SPECIAL
OFFER
4. The firm managing the email list has clear instructions and
functionality in place for prompt removal from the email list
5. Our contact information is made available so that recipients
can contact us and instruct us not to send future advertisements.
6. Instruct the firm sending the advertisement on our behalf to
suppress SNS's "Do Not Mail" file against their distribution
list in order to assure that those who have requested to NOT receive
information from SNS do not receive unwanted advertisements or offers
from our firm.
We occasionally send email advertisements and offers to our subscribers
or members on behalf of third party advertisers or agencies acting
on their behalf, in accordance with CAN-SPAM legislation and best
industry practices. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCE WILL USERS EMAIL ADDRESSES
BE SOLD TO A THIRD PARTY ADVERTISER. EMAIL ADDRESSES ARE HELD STRICTLY
CONFIDENTIAL. When we send an advertisement or special offer on
behalf of a third party or through an agency, we do so in accordance
with the following:
1. The advertisement is sent only to users who have agreed to receive
ADVERTISEMENT or SPECIAL OFFER emails from SNS.
2. The advertisement is sent FROM SNS or the specific newsletter
to which the recipient is subscribed (i.e. Growth Report Special
Offers).
3. The advertisement is clearly marked as an ADVERTISEMENT or SPECIAL
OFFER.
4. There are clear instructions and functionality in place for
prompt removal from the email list.
5. Our contact information is made available so that recipients
can contact us and instruct us not to send future advertisements.
6. We request that advertisers provide SNS with a "Do Not
Mail" file to be suppressed against our internal list prior
to sending an advertisement in order to assure that those who have
requested to NOT receive information from the third party advertiser
do not receive unwanted advertisements or offers.
Discontinuance of Emails
In accordance with CAN-SPAM legislation, it is our policy to include
instructions and means for removal from our database at any time
in an automated fashion. We provide instructions for removal at
the bottom of every email sent from our company, with the exception
of paid subscription newsletter issues, which require the subscriber
to cancel their membership in order to discontinue receiving issues
of the publication.
At the bottom of each email communication we include detailed instructions
for removal from our email lists, including:
1. Displaying the recipients email address that is in our database
and receiving the message.
2. Providing a customized URL that allows the recipient to click
to our web site and automatically manage their subscriptions, including
canceling all email subscriptions or selecting to receive no further
messages from our firm.
3. An active email address to contact us in order to request manual
removal or discontinuance of future email messages from our firm.
4. Our postal address for mailing a formal request to our firm.
At our web site, we allow subscribers to manage their subscriptions,
including:
1. Selecting to continue receiving the free newsletters, but opting
to discontinue any and all advertisements.
2. Selecting which newsletter(s) they wish to continue receiving.
3. Selecting to discontinue all subscriptions.
4. Selecting to be put on a Do Not Mail List.
SNS maintains a DO NOT MAIL LIST. This is a list of subscribers
who have decided that they never wish to receive another message
from our firm. These email addresses are collected and maintained
in a separate file in our database. These individuals will not receive
future emails from SNS, including free email newsletters, advertisements
directly from SNS, or advertisements from third party advertisers
sent on our behalf. Email addresses on this list will not receive
future email messages from our firm. Subscribers are encouraged
to make sure that the address receiving emails from SNS is in fact
the same address in our database by clicking the unique URL at the
end of an email message from our firm, or forwarding the received
email communication to our customer service department so that we
may see which email address was the recipient of an email from our
firm.
